DTF means Direct-To-Film. DTF transfers are DTF with printed designs that can be transferred to any garment by heatpressing or ironing.

High quality DTF transfers! Perfect for clothing lines(resellers), uniforms(organizations) or individual personalization. Can be applied to variety of materials such as cotton, nylon, leather, polyester, denim, 50/50 blends. Can be applied to both light and dark color fabrics. Can be applied to fashion accessories such as bags and hats as well as clothing.

● After checkout, message us to send your design file. Each order must have the same design(s) per sheet even if you order multiple quantities. Your design must be high resolution clear image/photo in jpg, png, ai, pdf, psd format.

● Then we will send you back final print mockup for your approval.

<Heatpress/Iron process>

Temperature: Set heatpress temperature at 150 degree Celsius. (For Irons, DO NOT USE STEAM)

Pressure: Set heatpress pressure at “Firm pressure” (about 40 psi).

Pre-press: Heatpress t-shirt for 2-3 seconds to make the surface of the shirt flat.

Alignment: Place DTF transfer at the location on the shirt. Optionally, fix the transfer with heat resistant thermal tape.

Main press: Heatpress it for 20 seconds.

Cooling: Remove t-shirt from heatpress. With the DTF film still on the shirt, let it cool down completely for 2-3 minutes.

Peeling: Peel off DTF film from the shirt(COLD PEEL).

Final press: With teflon sheet on, heatpress transferred image for 5 seconds for complete adhesion.
